Traubert
The Chinese doctor who first noticed that the current corona virus was a strain similar to SARS, died in hospital in Wuhan tonight, at 9-30pm. Can everybody please respect his memory by not using his name to bash China. He loved his country. Thank you Edited February 6, 2020 by Traubert 2
impulse
Seems like the news of his demise was slightly exaggerated... https://edition.cnn.com/2020/02/06/asia/li-wenliang-coronavirus-whistleblower-doctor-dies-intl/index.html Apologies to Mark Twain for mis-quoting him. Popular Post Lacessit
IMO there should be no problem with bashing a regime which tried to silence said doctor and others with intimidation, and cover the disease up initially. Permit me to doubt we are getting accurate figures of the death toll in China even now.

So they said he's dead - big problems erupted on Chinese social media when this news was released so they rescinded it and said he's not dead. That appears to be a lie. Then a day later they confirmed that he really is dead. Don't these morons ever learn? Hiding the truth always ends badly.
