MixPiano
Peppina pizza is Neapolitan style and pretty good. I can recommend their outlet 27/1 Sukhumvit 33. Other alternative is Il Bolognese (Silom).

Grumpy John
Good pizza shops in LOS are rarer than chickens teeth. Good luck finding one.

Peppina Massilla Il Bolognese Nonna Nella Brio Delices de Capoue Unico Soi 23 Pick one, all pretty good imo, first two have more than 1 restaurant, i only know the sukhumvit ones. There's also a bunch of new york style pizza places, but these are italian. There's for sure tons more available, many also like Pala Pizza Romano etc but not really a good palce for sitting there. Some really good italian places in general too... Rossano, Enoteca, Antonios - most of them have good pizza too. Enoteca i can't really remember if they have pizza. 1

Crossy
Limoncello on suk soi 11 was always pretty good, sadly I've not been for a few years.
CraigInBangkok
Theres a German guy who has a pizza oven on wheels which used to be set up under a tent about 20 metres into the entrance to town in town off of soi Lad Prao 94. He did move onto Lad Prao 94 about a 100 metres from the old location but not been there for about 8 months. Really worth checking out if you are in that area and can find him. Thainess
"Italian" pizza? That would be in Italy, mate. Or if you mean "pizzish" (stuff a bit like "pizza") then you'll be able to find in varying degrees of inauthenticity all over Bangkok.

Rubbish, many italian places run by decent italians chefs.

Well, I guess if you can't get a job as a chef in Italy, you could always try Thailand. They will make the food to suit local tastes, however. It will rarely be in authentic Italian style. Popular Post ThomasThBKK
Sure, the michelin star chef from Italy couldn't get a job in italy, even tho he had his own restaurant??? Now he must work for this horrible italian restaurant in BKK that is also michelin listed. Can you even read? You are just plain uneducated and are talking out of your ass while prolly sitting on a barstool somewhere chucking your cheap changs. If you got nothing productive to add here and are misleading the threat starter on purpose because your life is not meaningful enough to be based on facts, there's an x somewhere in your browser you should click.
clearance
I highly recommend "Peppe Italian Food & Wine" (1954, 3 Sukhumvit 60 Alley, Bang Chak, Phra Khanong) One of the best Italian restaurant in BKK, very simple and not too expensive.
