As far as I understand it, all depends WHERE you have been married. When married in Thailand, you should have gotten it and also you will get a Kor Ror 2. If married outside of Thailand, you have not gotten it and will get a Kor Ror 22 instead when registering your marriage at the Amphur.

You would have a Kor Ror 2 if you registered you marriage here or a Kor Ror 22 if you registered a marriage done outside the country.

Both would have this at the top of the 1st page. On the right side is the number of the form (Kor Ror 2 for this one).
