undercover Posted April 12, 2007 Share Posted April 12, 2007 Talking of eating dogs, I parked my car in soi Lenky the soi that runs next to soi chiapoon off Pattaya third road, while getting out my car I noticed 4/5 black bags dumped under a tree to the side of the road, as I walked passed I noticed that these black bags were full of dogs heads, most of the flesh had been eaten by insects but what puzzled me was why dump them there ? where had the meat gone ? and why so many ?
