DTAC voicemail requires a PIN?

Featured Replies

Hi All,

I've used DTAC for 20 years & was somewhat surprized to hear "please enter your PIN followed by the £ sign" when trying to access my messages a few days ago. I had no idea what this meant (I've never had a PIN for this purpose) & nor did the staff at my local DTAC shop when I asked there & nor did whoever she rang at the other end(!)

As of now I am unable to access my voicemails. Has anyone else had same & know how to fix it?

       Thanks.

21 August 2020. I too tried to access a DTAC Voicemail, and got the instruction to enter my PIN number. What PIN number?

Check your SMS text message app. DTAC may have posted your voicemail pin in a message

EDIT also, posted in a similar ThaiVisa topic thread:

How on earth are DTAC customers expected to access their voicemails that now require an access code if DTAC themselves are closed & not manning their customer enquiries #? Their app and website are useless as I could find nothing useful there either. I have voicemails from home that I cannot access & therefore have no idea who from or what news they might contain...
