Hi.   I have a HUGE bruise from a trip and fall 7 days ago that is just getting bigger..   I have heard that Bromelain (pineapple stem extract enzyme) is great to diffuse the color quickly.   But I've searched the forum and googled it as well and I just don't think any shop sells it here.   And waiting another 7-10 days shipping isn't a good option - I really need it now.   Any suggestions?   Ive called GMC. Sandys, Dura, and others.   No one has it.   Or any suggestions about other techniques that could help.   Thanks!   Oldie

Head for the supermarket and look for Meat Tenderizer.

Almost all brands of meat tenderizer are 80%- 90% Bromelain.

You could go find a pineapple vendor and ask for the inside, tougher part where the bromelain is concentrated.

You might be able to find it on lazada, some sellers offer shipping in 2-3 days.
