I suspect that is where you will be staying so that is what you should put.

You should put down wherever you will be staying, the house in Isaan is fine.

Just remember you are required to report the new address, if you move,

and your Thai host is also required to report your arrival.

These last two are important when you subsequently contact immigration for

a letter to buy a car, or to extend your visa, or even the 90 day reporting.
