And the wonderful aroma of the sewer-water they splash-through, which makes it worth going far out of the way to avoid them. And by Bike - as in "bicycle"? That's downright scary, in many areas - and harder to do, wearing a mask for the smog (or you will be coughing all night). Then throw in the 'stop, frisk, and search' routine (no probable-cause needed) by the local cops. I would suggest anyone wanting to "tour Bangkok" do so by taxi. There are many beautiful sights.
