Do the flight crew have to undergo quarantine? If not, why not? They are more likely carriers than Joe passenger.

so that's the procedure they will now follow ....  :cheesy:

I thought you knew about it or your friend didn't told you, he's the one making the "intelligent" decision????????

I hope that it does not take 5 days for Mr Flip Flop and the other, errr leaders to

get their acts together. I seen the number of aircraft at Hong Kong, that are not flying.

In a week will there be one half as many flying, with long waits to unload everywhere?

Geezer

my idea of strict measures would be real N95 masks for cabin crew, face shields to protect their eyes and gloves. proper training for wearing masks and gloves.

no beverage service on short flights. nothing handed back and forth.

passengers entering the aircraft must wear masks and wash their hands at the door with hand sanitizer.

no magazines, papers.

Exactly what happened on my flight on Friday. Temperature taken at the plane door, a packet of biscuits and a bottle of water, and the safety instructions forlornly alone in the seat pocket. Air con off. Two security guards monitoring everyone the entire flight.

On arrival, individual screening, a lot of questions, where, who with, where to now, how long for, telephone number, telephone number of who you live with, future travel plans.

Now I'm in 14 day quarantine just in case. City finishes a 16 day no new case precaution in three days. I still have 12 days.

Bet "round the world" tickets are cheap now ????
