Featured Replies

hell guys,

i need suggestion regarding visa process in Thailand, i came to Thailand on tourist sticker visa  of 60 day stay after that i got married to a Thai citizen in Thailand and don with all the process what must do after getting married in Thailand, after that my tourist visa is near to finish to i went to nearest immigration and applied for extension of my tourist visa based on my marriage certificate and i get 60 days extension successful. now i want to apply for NON O IMMIGRANT VISA from Bangkok for 3 month can i get this non o visa after my extension of tourist visa already?  if can get can i make that re-entry to Thailand again?

You could apply for a a 90 day non immigrant visa (category O) entry at immigration based upon qualifying for an extension of stay based upon marriage. Requirements here: https://division1.immigration.go.th/download/1551323240904.pdf

You could apply for it up to the last 15 days of the 60 day extension you have now.

You could get a re-entry permit to keep the 90 days valid if you needed to travel.
