Unbelievable really. Some nutjob in a yellow shirt with a plant sprayer spraying people on the street in a busy location with a mystery liquid and nobody actually official questioned it for 5 days. I bet the cops just asked him to come down for a chat at the police station sometime when he was free and then walked off.
