Stay Permitted to date is before or on that date?

Just hoping somebody can confirm the date I must leave the country. On my current OA visa extension it says extension of stay permitted up to 22nd of March.

 

Do I need to leave before this date or can I exit the country on this date? It will be done by a Visa Run to Cambodia if that makes any difference. Assuming the whole world hasn't gone into lock-down!
