candoman89
Ok so I went to get a 1-year Non-O multiple entry married to a Thai visa from Yangon at the beginning of the month. Arrived on 2 March intending to go to the embassy on the 3rd but it turned out to be a holiday (peasants holiday) so Embassy closed (no problem because I was in no hurry). Went to the embassy on the 4th around 9 am and submitted paperwork which included: application formed which specified multiple entries Copy of info page and latest entry to Myanmar Copy of marriage certificate Copy of bankbook showing >400,000 Baht in Bank Copy of wife's ID card Copy of wife's name change Copy of wife's Tabien Baan The only page that was signed was the application. They asked me to come back in the afternoon and pay if everything was ok. Don't know if the documents submitted were sufficient or extra because they didn't ask any questions. came back around 2 pm and they said everything was ok BUT they would only give me a single entry 90 day non-O and they don't give out multiple entry anymore. Paid my $80 Came back the next day and picked it up. All in all it was an easy experience except its only single entry 90 days Yangon (and then Bagan) were great and uncrowded. 1
JRG23
I also need a non-o, thinking of going to Yangon. So your info is useful. Are you a UK national? I am too - no worries getting in and out?

KhaoYai
When Vietnam opens it borders to westerners again, you can get a 12 month Multi Non O from the consulate in HCMC easily with no financial requirements. Luckily I got mine there on 4 March before they 'closed' their borders. I believe Laos is still open to foreigners and apparently the requirements are much the same there.
