You might want to try Udonmap.com, which is a similar forum to this one, but set up and run by people living in, or familiar with, Udon Thani. I think, on the 2nd or 3rd floor of Robinson's, near the movie theatre, English lessons are available. I do not know the cost. Anyway, get yourself registered on Udonmap, and you will get your answer soon enough.

Perhaps this belongs in the forum for the region closest to Udon Thani. Isaan Forum?
