IDRIS ELBA has been bravely speaking out about his battle with coronavirus after testing positive - but unearthed accounts reveal a previous struggle the star had to face.

 

It is now feared that between 5,000 and 10,000 people in the UK have contracted coronavirus.

 

However, official detected numbers state 1,960 infected, 71 dead and 53 recovered, as of Wednesday midday.  

 

Among the masses of people worldwide who have tested positive are Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson, who revealed the news on Sunday.
