BNK48 girls and staff who attended awards event to be on quarantine

Girls' artist group BNK48, together with their staff who attended the Guitar Mag Awards 2020, must be on quarantine at home until Monday (March 23) at least, to monitor themselves for Covid-19 symptoms, Independent Artist Management said on Friday (March 20).

 

 

Guitar Mag Awards 2020 was organised on March 9. Amongst artists, musicians, and celebrities who attended the event was Nichaphat Chatchaipholrat, an actress who revealed on Friday that she was infected with Covid-19.

 

Independent Artist Management said that it had urged its staff to work from home from March 16, and had already insured the BNK48 artists.

Fourteen days is the considered and now accepted international benchmark used in many countries and used already for many cases / scenarios in Thailand.

 

And in this case one attendee has been confirmed to have the Covid 19 virus.

 

So how come for this group it's 1 or 2 days? Well I guess they are beautiful so there should be special rules for them, and quite probable 1 or 2 come from hi-so families therefore power and pressure for a special edict of 1 or 2 days.

Latest release doing well and their film came out in Jan, still very much a thing as are all the other 48 groups

I don’t want to get in the way of your socio-political rant, after all, that is exactly the kind of useful contribution we need to get through this pandemic, however, if you bother to read the 100 word extract at the start of the thread, the event and possible contact was on 9th March. Add in the standard 14 days quarantine=?

OR, this is just old news and the BNK48 group have already been in self quarantine for 12 days since the event and the TV News Team have got hold of a 12 day old story which is time sensitive and have been very clumsy with their copy and paste....

Normally your quite sharp this time you missed that the event was march 9 so they take a quarantine for 14 days after that as that was the risk event.
