This web site aggregates data from government health agencies from all countries listed and presents it in a very easy to use and customizable format. Best site I've seen. Recently was featured on Democracy Live. It does rely on the government and other medical institutions like the CDC, WHO etc..

This web site you've suggested appears to not update frequently though. For instance it's not accurate as of today for Thailand. I've seen this one. They aren't updating as quickly... notice the difference in Thailand cases.. this site 411, the one I've listed is accurate and get's data seconds after it's released. Today Thailand is 599
