Hi all, I'm trying to do my 90 day TM-47 reporting via the online app ("Notification of staying in the Kingdom over 90 days") but can't get past the first page of the application.  After I hit SUBMIT it just hangs or pops up a message to "...Contact your local immigration office..." and nothing more.

No matter what browser I've tried including Internet Explorer and Chrome I get the same hang results??  Also the same hang results with an android phone.

Has anyone been able to successfully submit an online TM-47 90 day reporting and been given a completion reference number??

Thanks!

Thanks, what pc browser did you use?  Was there a particular time of day that you submitted your online form?

Generally u can't  get past the 1st page unless you are doing it at the right time and there is no flag against your name

I used chrome browser on windows 10. I did mine of an evening.

Took a week before it was approved.

Make sure you print off your receipt after submission, you can also then check day to day if its been processed but you should get an email when done.

What time of day and day of the week did you submit your form?

It needs to be done during the 15 to 7 days window BEFORE your permission to stay date expires

I can't get it to work, using Linux. I'll go to the immigration office, and if they get coronavirus from me, som nam na.

You could always post it in.

Can't win. Then it's being spread in the post office.

You have to have stamps to post it in - and that can be another issue as appears only post office sell (mailers do not have and no online source I can find).  Then if return does not arrive you still have to visit immigration to take care of it.

Are the immigration offices even open, Tha Yang?

Immigration offices are still open. Normal work days and hours.

I wonder how long that will last. Things being as they are, a pretty good site for propagation.

If they are closing borders, why not just declare a moratorium on reporting obligations? It's not as if we are going anywhere.

Silly me, I'm making sense.

Had the O/P asked this question just 2 weeks ago, he'd have got an emphatic NO from me. I'd been trying to get this system for work for me for 5, yes 5 years!

Finally, last Monday it worked like a charm, 1st attempt, using Google Crome browser and it was approved within 10 minutes.

There seem to be many theories as to why it works for some and not for others and I'm not going to even try and theorize. However, I had replaced my passport 4 years ago and I hadn't left the country since then.

Until, that is, late last year. Once I'd done so and then completed my 1st in 'house report' it has now began to work.

Maybe there's a clue in there for you @miketu

Related question if I may:

I traveled out of the country and returned Feb 3, got my extension based on retirement at CW on Feb. 7. So when is my 90-day report due? Feb. 3 + 90 or Feb. 7 + 90? Thanks.

The day you returned which means May 2nd is your report date.
