May anyone know a TV repair man who can have a look and potentially fix my Sony 32 inch TV? Not cracked but just stopped switching on and off.

Sony repair center is on Banana Trot road near Central Bangna. Ask there.

Try unplugging it for a few minutes..disconnect transformer from the tv, too.  That will force a reset.  I have 32 inch Sony smart TV..if you are doing a ton of stuff with it..it will do stuff like that..and of course make sure you have good batteries in your remote.  Next step is to take your transformer for a test..a lot easier than the entire set.

Also, the transformer can be ruined if you use it frequently in a hot apartment.  It gives off heat and needs ventilation, just like a laptop.  Not that any foreigner would ever go cheap on ac to avoid paying marked up electric usage.
