Hello. I am married to a Thai woman in the USA. I have a marriage certificate but it's not approved here in Krabi because it's not authenticated. Apparently, I need the certificate to be approved in Thai embassy in America. I feel stock and I don't know what to do. One of the ideas I have is to sign up for Thai School language visa. Does anyone have any recommendations as what should I do in this case?

There is more to the process that just the Thai embassy to get it legalized in the states. See: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/travel-legal-considerations/internl-judicial-asst/authentications-and-apostilles/office-of-authentications.html

You can do a affidavit at the US embassy in Bangkok stating your marriage certificate is true and correct that will be accepted at an Amphoe to register your foreign marriage. After getting the affidavit done it and your marriage certificate has to be translated to Thai and certified by the Department of Consular Affairs of the MFA in Bangkok.

Form his page of the US embassy website for the affidavit. https://th.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/local-resources-of-u-s-citizens/notaries-public/

Affidavits
Oftentimes the Thai government requests the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General Chiang Mai “certify” documents listed under “services we cannot provide.” Please note the Embassy and Consulate CAN notarize an affidavit which may or may not satisfy the Thai requirement for “certification.”

At this time though the US embassy is not doing appointments for notary services due to the corvid 19 situation. If an urgent need you contact them about it.

What type of visa do you have now? You can extend any type of entry for 60 days to visit your wife at immigration by showing your US marriage certificate and copies of it,

I have the 60 plus 30. Right now I have like 3 weeks left. Are you saying I can extend it for 60 days if I show them the certificate?

I assume you are on a tourist visa and extended the 60 day entry from it for 30 days. Most immigration office will do the 60 day extension to visit your wife after getting the 30 day extension.
