I work in Bangkok, with office in Bangkok and are about to do my 1 year visa extension. The question is if i can do it at Phuket immigration or does it need to be done at the immigration in Bangkok?

You must apply to the office where you live, so if you live and work in Bangkok you must apply there.

You have to apply for the extension at the designated office for where you are living or working.
