Assurancetourix
The designer of Asterix, Albert Uderzo, died yesterday Tuesday March 24, 2020. From 1959 to 1977, Albert Uderzo designed twenty-four Asterix albums on Goscinny screenplays. From 1980, after his death, he took over the realization of his adventures alone, for ten albums. In 2013, the first album of the Jean-Yves Ferri - Didier Conrad tandem was released, to which he entrusted the Gallic warrior. However, he continues to exercise his right of oversight over the script and the drawing. Published in 111 languages and dialects, including the Thai language, Asterix remains the most translated comic strip in the world. Some 380 million albums are sold from 1959 to 2020. La Fille de Vercingétorix, the latest album in the series, released in late 2019, has five million copies. from Wikipedia https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albert_Uderzo and for thai people https://www.bdovore.com/serie-bd-26779-asterix-en-thailandais Edited March 25, 2020 by Assurancetourix
