Non OA extension at Samui Immigration Question

Has anyone had experience extending Non OA Visa at Samui Immigration recently? Please share how it went and what documents were required? Last year I did mine in Bangkok, they were happy with the letter from the bank, a copy of the passbook with the required amount and the map how to get to the place I was living. Since then the health insurance requirement has been introduced. Is their anything else they require these days at Samui Immgration compared to Bangkok? Thank you.

Yesterday I went to Samui Immigration to inquire about the documents needed for the retirement extension. Here is the list and I found it quite impressive.  I would like to share it if anyone is interested.

It appears the file name is not correct. It shows .pdf twice.
