I am Indian national working in Bangkok on a valid work permit and NON B visa. 

My wife also an Indian national is staying with me on a valid NON O visa(90 days) obtained from Thai Embassy, New Delhi, India.

 

She still has 60 days left on her visa.

 

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, she is planning to request extension on her NON O visa as soon as possible.

 

Can you please kindly pass information on what documents are required to request extension? 

The earliest they will accept the application is 45 days.

Your legalized marriage certificate and a copy of it. Copies of her passport photo page, visa, entry stamp and TM6 departure card. 

Same copies of your passport and your extension of stay stamp.

They may also want a letter from your employer stating you are still working for them and copy of the company registration.
