Imagine you pay already 1900 baht per 28 days (or 7 for some) and end up being more than a total of 90 days in Thailand

 

and ...you did not report a 90 days file (as you don't even know this exists, or you are a 90 day non-o multi and got 30 days extra)

 

Pretty sure immigration will cash in on another 2000 - 5000 baht fine, right ...

If you are on a 90 day entry stamp, then they would likely tell you when you go in for a 30 day extension...

Same if you are getting continuous 30 day extensions now as a stuck tourist !!

 

Are you maybe trying to panic people ??

Not for a 30 day extension of a 30 day entry. The extensions would be considered equal to doing a 90 day report.

So if you are here on a SETV/METV for 60 days, extended for 30 days already, then manage to get a 2nd 30 day extension,  do you need to do a 90 day report as you will be here more than 90 days. Usually not because before 90 days you would leave and re-enter the country but this situation now is different.

As I wrote in my post a 90 day report would not be need since the 30 day extension application would be considered as equal to doing a report.
