Hello

so far , i always did my 90 days in person, but now I can do on line or with the application

today, on line doesn't work; have a try tomorrow again

for the application, I am registered for several months, but never used it , I kept the message where they say that " set your password and activate your account now "

I activated but I don't remember that they send me a password, and now in the application they ask me for a password and there is a " forget password " , but when I touch it, nothing happens 

How can I get a password ? thanks 

 

I had a problem with the "app" to, but no problem at all online with windows on the PC.

 

Try to re-register. It might work.

yes, I unistalled the app, reinstall it and this time I could have a temporary password, then I put a new password ( this time I noted it ), filled all informations, but because it's my first 90 days ( it's a new visa , from O-A to O ), they say I have to fill first a tm47 at the I.O 

online still does'nt work , so in one week I have to go in person at the I.O ; I hope it will be the last time

Same here. App didnt work but website on computer worked fine. Pending for 3 hrs then approved

ok, but as I said above, I came from Laos with an other visa; it will be my first 90 days with this new visa and I am not in their computer ; first time I came was in 2010 

now do you think that it doesn't work because the I.O never wrote my data in their computer ?

for the first time, I have to go in person to the immigration office and next time website will be OK ?
