Visa extension Jomtien Immigration

Featured Replies

I have a non-o single entry based on i have a child in Thailand. My visa expire 13 april. I don't have a cancelled flight because i have a flight back home 27th of may, normally i wanted to go Vietnam for the formula 1 and come back Thailand again. I want to go immigration but everyday so many people standing there close to each other waiting for hours. I don't want to take any risk with my asthma and maybe refused an extension. Anyone with the same sort of situation? Do they give extensions? My son is in his hometown and of course i will and can not bring him to immigration now, that's what an agency told me that i have to bring him also to immigration..hope to hear from others what options there are. Thanks.

Having your child with you is a normal requirement to apply for a 60 day extension to visit them.

I suggest you try to apply for the extension and explain the situation. It might help to show some recent photos of you and your child together.

I would hope they would do it due to the current situation in the country.
