I have non-imm OA retired, married to Thai, not in greatest of health. I want to do everything by mail for obvious reasons. Do I have any options?

I am unable to climb the stairs leading to the IO - My wife takes the documentation/passport into the office whilst I wait in the car - The officer then comes to the car for any necessary signatures and to take a photo. Easy and fuss free.

With written proof from a doctor that they are unable to travel to immigration they can designate somebody to do it for them

Not to have somebody do the extension for you.

To apply for an extension based upon medical treatment that is required.

if everything you have is legal and in order an agent will charge you 4k for doing the donkey work - if you don't meet the requirements like financials then expect to pay about 15kbaht for renewal

Thank you. I meet all requirements, having proof of 65K+ monthy incoming from USA SSA for more than a year, photos, documentation. I'll gladly pay the 4000 baht.

Surin Immigration know me and my wife. Last year I did not set foot in the office and my wife did everything. No letter from doctor was needed. It depends on your relation ship with your IO.

I have coronary heart discease and reduced kidney function as a third of a kidney was removed due to cancer. This puts me well into the at risk category.

I have over 880k in the bank and can supply all documentation.

I was told u ad to go too immigration for them to take your pic.my neighbour as MS and as to do this.any other way is illegal unless u are in hospital but who really knows

Read at the bottom of the latest rev. TM7 form. It mentions handicapped people.
