Can it be that an European citizen staying in Thailand in his 7th year based on a valid extension of stay due to retirement expiring 30th January 2021, with a multiple re-entry visa and carrying a 72 hours COVID-19-free certificate cannot return from Europe into Thailand these days or in the near future?
