Loei Video: Violent summer storm tears into houses - hospital trashed as hailstones hit

A video published by Thai Rath showed a very violent storm ripping through Chiang Khan in Loei in Thailand's north east.

 

A motorcycle with a sidecar was seen moving all by itself as the winds howled.

 

A boat was seen overturned as the video moved to the aftermath.

 

A hospital ward in the area was left flooded after sections of roof appeared to have collapsed. 

 

Ten houses suffered a great deal of damage.

Had a massive storm in Wichianburi sat night,but nothing like this,absence of wind made the difference.

Lots of people without masks, but I guess that is the least of their worries, at least no one was killed,

My wife was telling/nagging a little yesterday it was so hot in Bkk.

 

If i needed to chose i would choose hot in Bkk instead a "refreshing" in Loei.

 

Poor peoples who have so much damage.
