Non O Multi

Featured Replies

Looking down the road, I don't see Vietnam or Sav. being open fo Non Os soon. So if going the 400k route do apply 7 days before the end of your actual Non O expiry or 7 days before the end of your last entry?

You will be extending your current 90 day entry from your visa on or before the day it ends. You can do it up to 30 days early.

You visas expiration date means nothing after you enter the country.

The 400k baht will need to in the bank for 2 months on the day you apply if the extension is based upon marriage.

If you need more time you can apply for 60 day extension to visit your Thai wife or child.

So. I if I'm reading correct, I do a Visa Run ( if possible) before my non O multi ends and then apply at immigration up to 7 days before that 90 days expires? But making sure I have 400k in the bank two months before.

Also does anyone have experience with Rayong immigration for requirements etc.

You might be able to do it before the end of your current 90 day entry or the near the end of the 60 day extension I mentioned.

You can apply for the extension up to 30 days early up to the last day of your 90 day entry. There is no 7 day minimum.

Most offices will not ask for much more than what is listed here.  Marriage Extension Requirements 2.pdf

I am in the same boat as many on here it seems, currently on a Non O multi entry to expire in June. A little worried about what to do from here.

I have neve done an extension based on Marriage in country before, as my plan has always been to have as little to do with immigration as humanly possible!

I understand I can get a 60 day extension which will bring me up until August, but don't know what the sitation will be then, so considering just cracking the year extension whilst the offices will be less crowded.

This post had a list of requirements that is not available to see now. Could you re attach? or tell me of asource where I could find the list of requirements?

Thx in advance.
