Supposed to get 90 days on APEC but the stamp just for 30 days.

Dear All

I’m indonesian citizen arrived Bangkok on 19 of March 2020 supposed to stay here for 2 weeks but due to Covid-19 I decided to stay longer as it would be very difficult for me to come back if I leave Thailand.

I’m an APEC card holder and supposed to get 90 days, but today when i checked my passport the stamp shows just 30 days.

What should I do ? Should I just ignore it ?

please advise

Visit Immigration and get it changed.

You should have checked it at the airport.

This advice is sound.  I check my APEC visa every time I enter Thailand and it is stamped in.  On one occasion they used the wrong stamp and gave 30 days, probably due to rushing/mistake/unsure of APEC card etc.  Spotted it just after picking up passport and immediately went back to politely point out the error and the I.O. changed straight away.

you can not ignore it.  You can apply for a 30 day extension. The APEC Card entitles you to 90- days but that does not mean they have to grant you 90 days. Normally I would say cross the boarder and return.
