kjd16
Hello, I am looking for a new tenant. The apartment is located in the completely new "Parc Exo" residential complex, has 54m², was built in 2017 and is available from may 2020. It is one of the larger apartments, most others offer only 33m ² of living space. The residential complex has parking for residents, 24 hours security and cleaning services, two large swimming pools, good transport links (close to bts "pink line") and shopping. The nearest shopping mall (Fashion Island), as well as great restaurants (Chokolate Ville) are within a three minute walk. The furnite includes a fridge, bed, couch, TV, wardrobe, dining table, four chairs etc. Price per month is 18.000 thb. Already includes payments for all facility services. (Standard rental contract is for 1 year but I am flexible. Deposit is 2x monthly rent and will be payed back after contract ends.) I am living not far from that condominium, so personal meeting and sightseeing is possible! Google Maps: https://goo.gl/maps/VTAzgRxenbrjgt9t7 THE VIDEOS are saying "available from september 2020" but because of corona everything changed, my customer can not affort the condominium any more. So its available from MAY 2020. bkkmccann
You do realize that you can only ask for 1 months deposit not 2 months? The law was changed in May 2018.
