April 19, 20206 yr You will need a current bank statement showing 40000bht. Also important is to have a signed letter of invitation by wife.. I have had 3 of them visas that is. Been.obtained from .either melb or canberra

Does this mean a visa or work permit of my wife? If she isn't working?

Does this mean a visa or work permit of my wife? If she isn't working? That is only needed for a family member of somebody working here with a work permit to get a non-o visa. That line does not apply if you are wanting a non-o visa based upon marriage to a Thai. Only the first and last 2 lines apply in that case.
