Seeking a 7-11 partner

I am Mostafa from Tehran,Iran, I would like to open a 7-11 retail store in Pattaya Thailand. I have already negotiated with CP-ALL company about the conditions and the fees. As i am Iranian i need a Thai citizen partner that would  own 51% of the company share.

I specially welcome to the Thai-Chinese partners. you can contact me by PM.

Good luck, anyone could open the same store within 100 meters from you.

Insha Allah

Interesting 49% of a 7/11 store is nearly the majority share !!

I laughed at the Mostafa from Tehran OP as was mildly humorous.  Then you went and ruined the joke by wanting to open a store in Pattaya in the current climate.

You need a more unique idea. Something that hasn't been done yet.

What about a Ugandan-themed gogo bar with African girls? You could call it Amin's and serve lowumbo and kikomando.

Or a pasta restaurant which provides its customers with electric spaghetti forks?

Bad idea. VERY bad idea. But good luck.
