Does anyone know if Thailand has shut down its e-visa system (in the UK).

I am trying to do the initial registration but after completing form I get the message "access is invalid"

 

Also, for anyone who has used it before, can you put a Thai address as your permanent address? My current home (appt) is in Thailand but my Non-O (ret) extension has ran out whilst I am out of the country. Am not sure if my permanent address can be in a. country I don't have a visa for???

The embassy is currently closed so maybe they've disabled some functions.
