To all you foodies out there ...

I'm looking for shirataka noodles (also known as konnyaku in Japan) in CM.

These noodles may be known as sen-buk (เส้นบุก) in Thailand. Although none of the Thai cooks I've asked know about it, S&P offers some เส้นบุก dishes on it's "healthy" menu.

Rather than rice, bean or egg noodles, they are made from konjac. High fiber and low calorie, they are considered "heart healthy" and go well in a pad-thai with a cold Chang. (yes, large)

WOOHOO! I can help with this one. :-)

Tops Marketplace sells the noodles you are looking for. They can be found in the refrigerated cooler where the tofu is kept.

Hope this helps.....enjoy!

Thanks Web!

I did not think of looking in the cooler section. I thought they were dry stock.
