I know that it has being postponed with the 90 day reporting up to 1/8-2020  so far. But can I ask you guys a question...

For me when having a date of 17th june 2020 as 90 day report-date, and everything stays like it is, no more respit, carefree up to 31st july...

 

When shall I report??? First day AFTER 31st july?? Or maybe 90 days AFTER 31st july 2020????

After 31 July.  Unless you want to an online or mail-in report.  They will most likely announce when the deadline for post-31 July reporting is, some time in June.
