Extension of Stay (Ubon Joe)

Featured Replies

I am about to re-new my 12 months extension of stay for the first time without the embassy letter and using the 65,000+ baht a month income method.

I have a 12 month statement from the bank detailing my international (income) transfers every month and would like to know what else I need the bank to provide for immigration, if anything.

I would be grateful for a response from Ubon Joe if available.

Kind regards,

Steve.

You will need the standard letter from your bank confirming your account. Your updated bank book and copies of it.

Some offices may want a letter listing all your transfers confirming they came from abroad. Example-BankLetter-Monthly-Deposits.pdf

Thank you Joe, much appreciated.

I'm in the same position & have an additional question:

- My bank book was renewed in Jan. Will the current (Jan-May 20) pages plus a letter be enough or do I have to show last years (June-Dec 19 in my old/cancelled book) too?

Somehow I think I already know the answer lol.

Both bank books will be needed.

Thanks Joe, I'll have both books with me but will only copy the pages from May 19 onwards.
