So It is fair to conclude you do not support a swift, full and transparent investigation followed by a swift and full prosecution of which between Biden and his accuser has commuted a crime.

And what would be the standard of proof? A photographer standing by catching Biden with a finger up her snatch? I mean noting else would be conclusive, right?

It will be the dems that decapitate Joe and eat his head politically.

I'm not sure, but if they don't, they will pay a heavy price for not doing so.

Is this you trying to avoid supporting a swift, full and transparent investigation followed by a swift and full prosecution of which between Biden and his accuser has commuted a crime?

It sure reads like it.

Perhaps an accusation is all you want, guilt by accusation.

Stay lucky.

I look forward to a swift, full and transparent investigation and charges being brought against the offender, either for sexual assault or bringing false charges.

My guess is Biden will vehemently deny the accusations and welcome a swift, full and transparent investigation.

I have never subscribed to the slogan/#tag ‘Women Must Be Believed’, but absolutely agree accusers must be listened to and that the Police must examine testimony and evidence regardless of who the accused is.

The allegation must be investigated, and must follow where testimonies and evidence leads it.

If Biden does not welcome and fully cooperate with the police inquiry, he should immediately step down.

I very much look forward to his response.

The Hill - #FireChrisHayes trends after MSNBC host covers Biden sexual assault allegations

The "All-In" host welcomed New York magazine's Rebecca Traister to his program Wednesday night after she penned an essay, titled "The Biden Trap," that was critical of the former vice president for not addressing Tara Reade's allegations in any interviews, thereby leaving Democratic women supporting his candidacy to answer questions about the allegations for him.

In a backlash the libs turn on their own.  Too funny.  Says a lot.

Describe for me what that investigation might look like.

It's not funny. It is exactly the right thing to do. They SHOULD be turning on someone not fit to hold office. It's a shame the Republicans hold to a lower standard.

In what other context do I, or anyone else get to determine what a police investigation ‘looks like’.

I have been very clear, I support a swift, full and transparent investigation followed by a swift and full prosecution of which between Biden and his accuser has commuted a crime.

For some reason you are giving a convincing appearance of somebody who doesn’t want any investigation.

There you go jumping that gun again.

Let’s investigate the allegations first.

If proof could be established one way or the other, I would welcome an investigation, but that's notgoing to happen. There is certainly "evidence" and"testimony" that supports one side more than the other, but what will happen is that media and polls will tell us what the outcome will be. Anyway, I'm not supporting him. I hope my party considers that of importance.

Oh, I wasn't talking about the allegations. I was talking about all the other reasons he's not fit to hold office.

Why I'm skeptical about Reade's sexual assault claim against Biden: Ex-prosecutor

Quote

In 2017, on multiple occasions, Reade retweeted or “liked” praise for Biden and his work combating sexual assault. In the same year, Reade tweeted other compliments of Biden, including: “My old boss speaks truth. Listen.” It is bizarre that Reade would publicly laud Biden for combating the very thing she would later accuse him of doing to her.

Tara Reade, aka Alexandra Tara Reade, aka Tara Reade Moulton, aka Tara Moulton, aka Alexandra Tara McCabe changes her story so many times that it is hard to believe her. It is funny how she doesn't mention being pushed up against a wall until after a similar thing happened in the past to her by her partner Tate mentioned in an article Tara wrote in 2009. Seems like she is mixing up her memories of events. Did her abuse at the hands of Tate spill over into her latest story about Biden?

Defying the Rule of Thumb: A Domestic Violence Survivor’s Story

Quote

In the coming weeks, Tate threatened to kill himself, Molly, and me if I left. Then, one night in February, he almost succeeded. Another inconsequential fight escalated and he slammed me against the wall repeatedly.

From the link you posted:

“CALLER: Yes, hello. I’m wondering what a staffer would do besides go to the press in Washington? My daughter has just left there, after working for a prominent senator, and could not get through with her problems at all, and the only thing she could have done was go to the press, and she chose not to do it out of respect for him.”

Putting aside there is no mention what these ‘problems’ are there is a clear statement from the caller, who is alleged to be Reade’s mother that her daughter hold’s this Senator in respect.

This is definitely the kind of thing the police need to look into, specialists in sexual abuse investigation will, I expect, have something to say about the professed respect.

Let’s have a swift, full and transparent investigation and prosecute the person guilty of a crime, be that sexual assault or malicious false accusations to the police.

It's 2016 all over again.

Out of millions of potential candidates we chose two of the most flawed people possible.

I voted for Bernie, but the rest of the Democrats chose to throw their votes away and probably give Trump a second term.  US politics is just a race to the bottom! ????

From that article...

On the one hand, the caller does not specifically mention “sexual harassment” or retaliation, as Reade had recalled.

Funny, no mention of being fired. Just that her daughter left there. So what story is true? Did her daughter leave on her own or was she fired. I think a mother would be upset about her daughter being fired and mention it.

My daughter has just left there, after working for a prominent senator...

Also, it is speculation of who made that call, what Senator they are talking about and what is the exact nature of her daughter's "problems".

Sad to see you handing down a verdict without a trial or any police or Grand Jury examination of the allegation.

Sad, but not at all surprising.

What was your stance on the Kavenaugh witch-hunt?

The guy is creepy.  Like many other politicians of both parties.

Imagine you are female (or still female if you already are). And imagine you have the choice of spending 3 hours in a broken lift/elevator with one of them. Which one would it be?

There you go, more allegations, no proof just the assumption of guilt and an aversion to a swift, full and transparent investigation.

Utterly disgraceful.

You keep banging on about prosecuting a crime, when in fact no prosecution can take place because of the statute of limitation.

I do not believe 20+ year old events should be aired but Democrats set the scene with the Kavenaugh debacle and the Believe All Women nonsense. If you set the rules you also need to abide by them.

You can be sure that the interview questions and answers will all be written out and vetted beforehand. It will be interesting to see how many times Joe will need to look down at his notes because he forgot the answer.

Have you not heard her mother talking in the 90s about it??

Then again they wouldn't show that on the brainwash channels

Her mother didn't talk about it in the 90's. An anonymous caller purported to be her mother called in to the Larry King show to say "Yes, hello. I’m wondering what a staffer would do besides go to the press in Washington? My daughter has just left there, after working for a prominent senator, and could not get through with her problems at all, and the only thing she could have done was go to the press, and she chose not to do it out of respect for him," the caller says."

Bernie endorsed Biden so I guess Bernie is throwing his vote away too.

Whether this or something else puts the nail in Biden's coffin I will predict that the Dems have another candidate who will replace Biden.  But be sure, they ain't going with Joe.

Why would this put the nail in Biden's coffin? Someone has accused him of an assault 30 years ago. He has denied it. The office manager who she claimed she reported this to, says it never happened and our current president has been accused of sexual assault, rape and attempted rape by something like 25 women. There can be an independent investigation with the findings presented to the public.

For god's sake, leave him alone and let him have a clear run at Trump! That's the only thing that matters now.

Yes, doesn't matter if he sexually assaulted women, corruptly used his previous position to get financial benefits for his son, brother or other family members, including coercing foreign countries.

Just leave him alone and pretend all's good. After all he's one of the "more equal" people.
