There is also due process...........Just like there was for Justice Kavanagh

I thought Brett Kavanaugh was a horrible choice for a SC Justice. He was way too political in his ideology and that is not suitable for meteing out justice. That said, his accuser has about 1/10th the credibility of Biden's accuser, despite the fact her "story" was widely embraced by the mainstream media, which let's face it,

is neoliberally aligned. Enter Biden.

  • Let me guess. He can't remember any of it, just like he can't remember where he is.

The guy is creepy.  Like many other politicians of both parties.

  • For god's sake, leave him alone and let him have a clear run at Trump! That's the only thing that matters now.

For God's sake why couldn't the Democrats come up with anyone better than Biden? There were at least a dozen (revised up from my previous count of 6) better candidates in the Democratic field. Why are they shoving this guy downour throats, other than the fact that he supports all the same interest groups as Trump. I don't think the Democrats even care if they win or lose at this point.

Because, as every other candidate concedes, he won in in the selection primaries would be a rather large clue.

I’ve never read your book on perversion.

what a pathetic response

The dems can always hold the rape card and use it later if Biden is doing terribly. If so they can just produce another accuser who is suddenly credible and throw him under the bus.

As you may or may not know, I was a Yang supporter during the primaries. Given her access to media, Yang's wife Evelyn came forward to accuse a prominent gynecolological doctor of sexual assault. Since nobody figured Yang's candidacy was going anywhere that would cause harm to TPTB she was widely believed. Because she was not attacked, that empowered 70+ other women to come forward to tell their similar stories about the doctor in question. There's never just one of these allegations, but if you kill the first person that comes forward, you'll never here from the others. Trump, at least, had the good sense to buy them off (for the most part).

Hide him until early November, play a pre-recorded speech right before the election, and he will win...
Don't let him speak on TV, let his wife do the talking instead.

I am not sure we are in disagreement?

Here is an honest question, did Bloomberg endorse Biden?

Why would Bloomberg care who wins now?

Whether this or something else puts the nail in Biden's coffin I will predict that the Dems have another candidate who will replace Biden.  But be sure, they ain't going with Joe.

One would hope.

He said he would dump money even if he wasn't the candidate. That's how he bargained his way into the last debate that proved to be his demise. After that the commercials aren't on TV anymore. He did promise.

Hey you!! Just stay inside!!

Can you imagine paying $4,000 a month for a studio in Manhattan when you can not leave your house?

Sad to see you handing down a verdict without a trial or any police or Grand Jury examination of the allegation.

Sad, but not at all surprising.

They are as right as you were about Trump.

I look forward to a swift, full and transparent investigation and charges being brought against the offender, either for sexual assault or bringing false charges.

My guess is Biden will vehemently deny the accusations and welcome a swift, full and transparent investigation.

I have never subscribed to the slogan/#tag ‘Women Must Be Believed’, but absolutely agree accusers must be listened to and that the Police must examine testimony and evidence regardless of who the accused is.

The allegation must be investigated, and must follow where testimonies and evidence leads it.

If Biden does not welcome and fully cooperate with the police inquiry, he should immediately step down.

I very much look forward to his response.

Biden going on MSNBC tomorrow is meaningless. Not sure which is the dog or which is the tail.

What are they protecting that they would destroy down ballot elections? This is totally non-democratic.

4k isn't even anywhere near top end either!

Be assured, somebody making a public statement via a TV broadcast on a subject for which they know they are the subject of a police investigation is far from meaningless.

Perhaps you should consider joining me in supporting a swift, full and transparent investigation followed by a swift and full prosecution of which between Biden and his accuser has commuted a crime.

Trump’s is currently immune from prosecution, I look forward to revisiting this when he is not.

C'mon man. Biden going on MSNBC is exactly comparable to Trump going on FOX. Don't expect any "investigative journalism" to follow. Only apologists.

Especially if you haven't gone outside lately.

Anything Biden says on TV is admissible public record information/evidence.

This is interesting to ‘Investigative Journalism’ but very much more so to police and prosecutors.

Likewise much of what Trump has said on TV.

You got it backwards. You were right, and so are they in this case. Get him out of there quickly and maybe we can salvage this election. If not, look forward to 4 more years of the same (escalating) chaos.

Let's work on walking and chewing gum at the same time first.

You are jumping two guns.

1. The veracity of the allegations against Biden.

2. The outcome of the election.

The latter needs to be conducted free of any question on the former, so I ask again:

Will you join me in supporting a swift, full and transparent investigation followed by a swift and full prosecution of which between Biden and his accuser has commuted a crime?

Biden knows he's in a (he said, she said) situation. None of it is "provable" other than in the court of public opinion, where I don't believe him for a minute. You are free to do so if it suits your dilletante political fancy. Know, you're destroying a human being in the process though.

You must be joking. We have elected more than one KNOWN sexual assaulters only recently.

So It is fair to conclude you do not support a swift, full and transparent investigation followed by a swift and full prosecution of which between Biden and his accuser has commuted a crime.

It will be the dems that decapitate Joe and eat his head politically.

So let’s have an swift, full and transparent investigation to make sure we don’t repeat the mistake.

Where is your argument against doing so?

Let's take our time for the truth to come out. Isn't that the approach before?
