Did anyone else not got the april bill?

 

It's already now 10 days overdue, and we not got it and it,'s 0 bath in the PEA app..

Who's in the bath?

I live in a condo apartment and they've said that my PEA electricity bill, and water bill, will be ready on 5th of May (4th of May a public holiday). Usually they get it ready by the 1st of every month, so this one is late for me too, albeit not much late (if they honour the 5th May, that is)

All I can contribute: there are misc posts/threads in the forum about problems with paying the PEA bill (and other problems). Some have been told that the PEA payment is down until May 10(?) (were turned down at 7/11 e.g.).

Seems they have problems to keep up with the short notice easing of bills for three months. Some know all about it.

I didn't get one when when going to ask they told I have it for free this month because of corona.

 

Also if you are paying in their office, you can just take old bill, they will scan serial number and access your account like that.
