You are dealing with a bureaucracy that has no accountability for its decisions, and the first port of call is Bangkok Thais processing the applications.

It's just a tourist visa they are applying for not an immigration visa.

It's not that difficult.

Look on the site i referred to and give them all they ask for........same applies for all visas.

I applied for a tourist visa. I gave them all they asked for.

Are you incapable of understanding unaccountable bureaucrats sometimes refuse valid applications, just because they can?
