Form Non B extension to Non O marriage extension, do must to cancel first the NoN B extension?

Featured Replies

Good morning,

I'm in the process to require an extension based on Marriage after 7 years of Non B extension.

My question is, as the topic title, do i have to cancel first the Non B extension, if yes how long before to apply for the Marriage extension?

My Non B extension will expire on 5th June.

Thank you.

Your extension based upon working or teaching would have to be canceled on the same day you apply for the extension based upon marriage to a Thai.

Another questions...i don't know the process to cancel the extension based on working, it's a complicate process, that require the accounting assistance, or i will be able to do it by myself?

Any specific forms to fill and/or any docs list to provide?

You will need a termination letter from your employer stating your last day of work to cancel the extension.
