the only "bizarre" thing is the thought that by being able to communicate one can manage staff. obviously you have never managed staff in your life.

one does not "manage" a qualified driver or a gardener. both i had till a few hours ago.

If that is your response to my suggestions then why not hire a bat-man, valet or personal assistant to handle the unpleasantness of dealing with the unwashed masses face to face? Presumably that would have been the prime function of your production manager, the chief financial officer, the personnel department et al in your previous incarnation.

poor and irrelevant responses "slackula". i am typing now very slowly that you won't have a problem to read, ok? if you don't understand what i am writing please ask. any question is acceptable in this respect because english is my third language and my grammar as well as my expressions lack proficiency (my wife claims )

-i do NOT manage housekeepers,

-i will NOT learn a language to communicate with my housekeepers,

-i am giving my housekeepers the chance AND i pay for it that THEY learn one of the languages in which I can communicate,

-i have no intention to redevelop my testicles as they looked quite alright to me when i checked them last time ,

-the reality i live in was created by my[not so]humbleself (most of it by spending my hard earned money) and i do not intend to change that.

thanks to all who tried to render some advice instead of writing essays of irrelevant bla-bla and holding me responsible that some of my employees lied and cheated me because i don't speak their language.

by the way, problem gardener is solved. our live-in housemaid, who got recently married, suggested her husband, called him for an "interview" (she translated) and he is very happy to start his job next monday especially as he can give up his overpriced shack and live with his wife on our property rentfree as well as free food.

one down, one to go. who can get me a driver? i am talking about a DRIVER and not somebody who possesses a driver's license and has driven once or twice a car in his lifetime. until i find one i have to grind my teeth and act as a driver for my wife (hurts my fiction of reality).
