Ozark spoilers follow.

 

Ozark has never shied away from putting the Byrdes through their paces, but season three sunk to new depths when Wendy seemingly ordered a hit on her own brother.

 

Ben was a liability. His erratic behaviour escalated dramatically after he refused to take his bipolar medication and in the end, the picture we were painted was of an exhausted Wendy who felt that she had no other choice but to have him killed.

 

The Byrde matriarch and Marty had tried to keep him safe by having him committed, but that plan fell through. Ben had also told Helen's daughter Erin what her mum did for a living, something that she had striven to keep hidden.

Since that show now spends 20% of an episode on the main plot and 80% on side drama I guess we won't know before season 5 or 6.

I must admit though, that I am highly addicted to this show. It's pretty different from a lot of <deleted> out there.

If anybody have better recommendations, please share....
