i bought a tera's yoga DVD expecting to be doing some great yoga moves in a few days, as its very educational.

anyway,

im still studying tera's incredibly flexable moves 12 months later and still cant get them spot on.

i watch that DVD like its a religous experience ( which it is ) and i feel close to god every time i watch it.

another great thai/ american combination is the mighty tara.
