Complete nonsense.  Countries with limited testing/reporting, and countries with totalitarian governments will get preference to countries who do massive testing and treatments.

Why not to wait a bit longer and see how the EU will work with their opening of border without restriction. Just watch and learn.

Asking tourist to make a covit test before traveling, one after 5 days and another one after 10 days; staying in a hotel controlled by the government, and pay for ALL expenses on your own will not lure in tourist.

This measurement will be implemented ie, in Sri Lanka, plus a new visa fee of 100 USD...

If I ever fancy that type of Bubble Brubble Feeling, I'll go to North Korea. At least there I've got the real deal. Probably cleaner beaches too (if you ever make it there)...
