I am on 2nd year of a spouse visa, (not work permit) I have a full UK driving license already. Looking at the requirements it states I need a 'Residence certificate' and a copy of TM30 form signed by landlord: My situation is my address (and spouse visa) is registered to my in-laws house (which falls under Pathum Thani Immigration), so in this case if anyone knows my best course of action it would be great (I can of course borrow the house documents and other items off my wife's father.
