Do I need just the TM28, or do I need to do a TM30 also?  This would be at Chaeng Wattana.  Old and new addresses in Bangkok.

 

Also, if I file the TM28 and get the receipt, can I get a residence certificate at CW the same day?

The TM28 is not asked for anymore. You need to submit a TM30 report,though. When you have the receipt, you can apply for the Certificate of Residence.

OK, thanks.  I did not know the TM28 wasn't needed anymore.
